Gather to Grow is hiring for an Director of Operations. A key member of Gather to Grow’s leadership team, the Director of Operations stewards the organization’s internal systems, finances, and operations. This is an excellent role for a highly motivated, organized, strategic thinker who is passionate about the mission of Gather to Grow. Fellowship Opportunities

Gather to Grow offers seasonal Fellowship opportunities for students and young adults interested in learning, leading, and building job readiness skills and a deeper relationship with the Lewiston Auburn community.  Fellows provide vital support to Gather to Grow as we cultivate gardens; provide fresh, healthy food to the community; and provide engagement opportunities for young people. Fellows typically work across multiple programs with a concentration in one or more areas. We aim to match our organizational needs and tasks with a Fellow’s own interests and goals.
